Your body and mind needs an array of different things to work healthily and optimally. In this challenge, we thrive to build a healty balanced yoga practice over two weeks by combining dynamic vinyasa and calming yin.
During this challenge, you will build strength, balance, mobility and flexibility while you increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows. To balance out your dynamic yang-days, you will also be guided through some calming and releasing yin days, that will allow you to find stillness in body and mind. The overall purpose here is to address all aspects of a really well-rounded and healthy practice for both body and mind.
Who can join?
This is a level 2 challenge, so we recommend that you have some experience with dynamic yoga before to take this challenge.
How to use this series
This series is designed as a 2-week challenge with five yoga days a week. Every day, we are addressing something different – balance, dynamic vinyasa, strength, yin passive release and active flexibility. In that way, we're really addressing all aspects of what your body and mind needs.
Add the challenge to your calandar and do one video every day for five days – rest for two days, and then take five more yoga days.
