In this video we will tune in to the strenght, breath, stamina and imagination you need to welcome the child that is being delivered through you. We will nurture that parts of your body that may not even feel like yours anymore, feet, pelvic area and chest, and work with visualization to best prepare for the welcoming of a new family member. This practice can be done anytime you need it, but a calm and settled environment is best. Therefore early mornings and late nights tend to be better - especially if you already have little ones in the house.
