In this video we will find room for your growing belly, as well as the mixed emotions that may stem from not being able to deal and move the way you used to. Still visiting the pose Trigonasana, we will explore modifications of traditional Flow yoga poses, and drain some of the increasing fluids in your legs. Excellent choice for an evening practice - especially for those of us that have other little kids we need to get to bed before we can devote ourselves to the emerging life within.
