Do you want to build or rebuild a regular yoga practice? Then this is the place to start.

Spring is a perfect time for new beginnings and a fresh start. You might be at a place, where you feel it’s time for a new beginning, to change something in your life or let go of something that you no longer need. And what a great idea!

However, it can be difficult to really make the necessary changes and stick to them.  We tend to be too ambitious,  reaching too high and thereby setting ourselves up for failure. This spring challenge revolves around that. It’s five shorter classes  that will support you in building or rebuilding a regular yoga practice over time.  
 
Who can join?
This is a level 1-2 challenge – it is a challenge for you, who have been practicing a little or some yoga before, and not recommended for you, who have no experience what so ever. 
 
How to use this series
This series consists of five classes – 30 minutes each. Do the one video every day for five days. Then take a break and repeat the week after.
 
It’s okay to postpone a class without feeling defeeded. This should be something you do for yourself. Not something you do to give yourself more to stress over. It is important that you don't set the bar too high and that you do not give up, when you feel challenged or skip one or two days of yoga.
