Dynamic Yoga Strength I (ENG)

This series is designed to build up your strength, balance and flexibility and at the same time increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows.

Dynamic Yoga Strength I is perfect for practitioners of all levels who have done some yoga before, and who wish to strengthen and deepen their yoga practice and understanding of movement.

Start with Dynamic Yoga Strength I and repeat every week until you feel ready to step it up to Dynamic Yoga Strenght II. All the sessions are great fullbody workouts, but with extra focus put on one specific muscle group such as core or shoulders.

How to use this series
Do one session a day five times a week, rest for one day and, on the last day, do something completely different - take a hike, go for a swim, or maybe you need an extra rest day. Repeat the week after. Once you feel ready to take it to the next level, go to Dynamic Yoga Strength II.
