This series is a 3-week challenge designed to build up your strength, balance and flexibility and at the same time increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows. All the sessions are great fullbody workouts, but with extra focus put on one specific muscle group such as core or shoulders.
Who can join?
Dynamic Yoga Strength I is perfect for practitioners level 1-2, who have done some yoga before, and who wish to strengthen and deepen their yoga practice and understanding of movement.
How to use this series
This series is designed as a 3-week challenge. Prepare to do one session a day for five days. Then rest for two days or do something completely different – take a hike or go for a swim. Repeat the week after.
If you feel ready to take it to the next level after the three weeks, then challenge yourself with Dynamic Yoga Strength II.
