In this video, we are really working the epicenter of our bodies! This flow will challenge all aspects of your core and work on both strength and stabilization.
This is the fourth session of the series 'Dynamic Yoga Strength I', designed to build up your strength, balance and flexibility and at the same time increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows. Although core is an overall theme in this series, this session will really work this perticular part of your body.
