In this vinyasa flow, we are paying attention to our legs; we isolate and build strength in the hamstrings - a muscle, which has a tendency to be overstretched instead of strengthened in yoga. We are also building strength through balance and slow thoughtful movement.
This is the second session of the series 'Dynamic Yoga Strength I', designed to build up your strength, balance and flexibility and at the same time increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows.
