Dynamic Yoga Strength II (eng)

This series is designed to build up your strength, balance and flexibility and at the same time increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows.

This is the second 'Dynamic Yoga Strength'-series and so here, we step it up a notch. We will start integrating our deeper strength into more dynamic and stronger flows. Perfect for you that feel ready for a challenge and who wish to strengthen and deepen your yoga practice and understanding of movement.

We recommend that you start with Dynamic Yoga Strength I and repeat every week until you feel ready to step it up to Dynamic Yoga Strength II. 

How to use this series
All the sessions in this series are great fullbody workouts, but with extra focus put on one specific muscle group such as core or shoulders. Do one session a day five times a week, rest for one day and, on the last day, do something completely different - take a hike, go for a swim, or maybe you need an extra rest day. Repeat the week after.
