This is the second 'Dynamic Yoga Strength'-series and so here, we step it up a notch. We will start integrating our deeper strength into more dynamic and stronger flows. Perfect for you that feel ready for a challenge and who wish to strengthen and deepen your yoga practice and understanding of movement.
Who can join?
Dynamic Yoga Strength II is perfect for practitioners level 2-3, who feel ready for a challenge and who wish to strengthen and deepen their practice and understanding of movement.
We recommend that you start with Dynamic Yoga Strength I until you feel ready to step it up to Dynamic Yoga Strength II.
How to use this series
This series is designed as a 3-week challenge. Prepare to do one session a day for five days. Then rest for two days or do something completely different – take a hike or go for a swim. Repeat the week after.
