We are focusing on our shoulders and glute muscles in this all-body vinyasa flow. We will fire up our straight arm scapular strength (essential for arm balances), creating strong stabile shoulders, and strengthen not only our glute maximus, but also the smaller muscles in our butt.
This is the third session of the series 'Dynamic Yoga Strength II', designed to build up your strength, balance and flexibility and at the same time increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows.
