In this flow, we are working on both glutes and shoulders. We will fire up our straight arm scapular strength (essential for arm balances), creating strong stabile shoulders, and strengthen not only our glute maximus, but also the smaller muscles in our butt.
This is the third session of the series 'Dynamic Yoga Strength I', designed to build up your strength, balance and flexibility and at the same time increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows.
