Get ready to realx and let go in the final day of your autumn challenge. In fall, nature is slowing down to prepare for the full withdrawal during winter - we too need to slow down, relax deeply and let go of everything that no longer serves us. What are you ready to let go of?

The sequence is a restorative practice meaning that we'll stay a few minutes in each pose and allow the body to completely relax. We’ll finish with a short tantric meditation that helps the energy to ground and move down - it’s also called the cleansing energy gesture.
