Welcome to a delicious, all-round practice that focuses on cultivating love and kindness towards ourselves. The class is 50 minutes and may challenge you physically, make you sweat a bit, and bring you in a state of calm and balance.

When we are in at state of calm and balance we can truly act towards the important tasks and people in our lives with generosity and love. Sometimes it needs to be the fierce form of love that shows up as setting clear boundaries for ourselves, and how we want to use our energy and time.

We will start out with a breath excersice and use the mantra Shreem to install its qualities in our being. In the end, these things matter most: "How well did you love? How fully did you live? How deeply did you let go?" - Buddha.
