Welcome to the third day of your 15 days autumn challenge. Today, we will be practicing a sequence of sun salutations - although in a slightly dirreferent way than the classic sun salutation. Allow the heat that arisses through the sun salutation to energize and open up your body. Invite your breath and every inhale to vitalize every cell of your body.
We'll begin the calss with a breathing exercise to get the class started, and call on the power of vitality.
