Most of us often get caught up in our thoughts, and jump from one thought to another. During fall, we also tend to fill our schedules with all kinds of activities - we keep ourselves busy! But are we really giving our time and attention to what is important and are we seeking what truly matters?
In this practice you’ll be guided to focus on the breath, and to be able to hold any physical sensation without loosing the one pointed awareness of the breath. This practice will gradually collect in the stream of awareness, and give you the power to redirect your awareness towards something useful, which is so important in everyday lives.
