You are now half way in your autumn challenge. Today's practice draws on the classical yoga text: "The asana (the yoga pose) is to be both steady, stable and filled with ease", which translates to the effortless effort - the power of grace. Too much stability can becomes stagnation, and too much ease becomes complacency. Our joints need to be supple and able to move as designed, our minds able to be at ease in the midst of challenging and chaotic times.
