In this class, we will be connecting to the spaciousness in our inner body through lots of leg and hip work, using long deep ujjayi breaths to calm down the mind. There is no rush and you are exactly where you’re supposed to be. Although we move slowly, we move with the rhythm of the breath. Through the breath and mindful movements, we clear the mind to focus on what is truly important in your life right now. In this class, you are invited to let go of all distractions and stay completely present. We invite you to discover the magic of your own being when all the “bullshit” falls away.
