Here, you get a short introduction to the series Dynamic Yoga Strength I.
This series is perfect for practitioners of all levels who have done some yoga before, and who wish to strengthen and deepen their yoga practice and understanding of movement.
Start with Dynamic Yoga Strength I and repeat every week until you feel ready to step it up to Dynamic Yoga Strenght II. All the sessions are great fullbody workouts, but with extra focus put on one specific muscle group such as core or shoulders.
