Most of our modern lives are based around YANG - the doing energy. Very little emphasis and respect is put on traditional YIN qualities such as being and no-doing, though it is what we all lack and long for in our busy and hectic lives. 
 
This class is for anyone who is looking to create some space in their lives, mind or body. Experience how breathwork can help you find more peace and ease and allow you to melt the two aspects of your personality, body and brain together. It can be done at any given time, but YIN emotions such as melancholy, nostalgia and sentimetality may well up so not the best choice prior to a job interview.
