In this practice, you're invited on a journey to your midline. It's called 'midline magic' because when we stay connected to our midline, the centre or the heart of who we are, being you becomes nothing less than magical. When you're connected to your heart, your actions become much more powerful and the innate bliss of your being just can't resist to flow forth.
Hugging the midline is physically strengthening for the core muscles including your inner thighs and buttocks, but even more importantly you'll cultivate your trust and self-confidence. When we have that inner sense of trust, we know that life can flow however it chooses and we will be ok.
