In this practice, we’ll draw inspiration from the Hindu goddess Lakshmi. Lakshmi is the goddess of abundance and good fortune. When we call on Lakshmi we say "yes" to prosperity and beauty. The theme for this class is 'Rise to radiance', and as we move through our practice today, we are gonna call on our inner radiance. Through the class, we acknowledge and recognize our inner beauty and abundance in our body and in our lifes, as it is right now.
As a typical Rasa Yoga class, it will be infused with a story, mudra, mantra and pranayama to explore our greatest embodiment of the practice. Find the story behind the myth Lakshmi here.
