This class is a quick but effective core strengthener, addressing both superficial and deeper layers of muscles. We start on all fours to wake up the body and getting it ready to work. After warming of the body we go directly to working with our core. 
 
This class is a part of the series 'Power Blasters'. 'Power Blasters' is created with the purpose of building body strength and body awareness in a short and sweet manner. The series consists of five quick but effective power blasters, which use yoga-based moves to build strength and help you elevate your practice.
