In this class, we work on how to free up the joints in the spine, the shoulders and the hips to create deep backbends without pain. The class is an invigorating and uplifting class, partiularly suitable for a midday practice (however, it can be done any time of day). It’s designed to deepen your backbending practice, as well as to open your body for deeper breathing.
