In this all-around vinyasa flow you will be working with the entire body – from head to toe. However, we will focus little extra on the hip area as we will be working towards the beautiful Mermaid pose.
We begin the sequence with some warming sun salutations, strengthening warriors and gentle backbends and hip openers, that will prepare your body and mind for a successful Mermaid pose. Note that the Mermaid pose is not for beginners and requires that your body is open enough to go into this deep hip opener and backbend.
