For most of us dealing with the present moment is hard in itself, and this can show up as physical tightness, bad posture as well explosive emotional outburst - or the exaxt oppositite: an apathetic attitude and feeling of numbness.

How to use this series 'Happy, healthy hips' consists of six different videos that all are intended to loosen up, stretch, tone and detox the hip area as well as build up strength and release responses that do not serve you anymore.
This series gradually builds up in intensity and difficulty, so we recommend that you work with one or two of the first videos in the series to begin with. Then – if or when you need more – move forward in the series with one or two new videos.
Generally the hip series works best, when done in the afternoon/evening.
