This challenge is a 10-days challenge and consists of five quick but effective power blasters, which use yoga-based moves to build strength and help you elevate your practice. In other words, this challenge allows you to get your daily exercise going.
Who can join?
This challenge is for everyone, who wants to build up strength. The blasters are quite challenging and require a certain level of strength and mobility, but if you are up for a challenge, then go ahead - give it a go. You might struggle in the beginning, but over the ten days, you will begin to feel and see the effect of your daily practice.

How to do the challenge
'Power Blasters' consists of five classes of 15 minutes duration done over ten days.
The first three blasters focus on building strength in the core region. The intensity of each core blaster advances, so go from 1-3 for a good start and smooth transition. The two last classes focus on the arm & shoulders and glute & hamstrings respectively to ensure a full-body workout over the ten days.
Challenge yourself and see if you can do a blaster each day for ten days. Every second day is core-day! And if you feel like building more power after the ten days, you simple take the challenge again. Enjoy!
