Who can join?
This series is level 2-3. The classes are demanding and require som level of technique and strength, so we recommend that you have some yoga-experience and feel ready to challenge yourself physically and mentally.
How to use the series
This 12-day challenge consists of three videos, which all have the same focus - they are all-round vinyasa flows that strengthen your whole body, but in particular your core. Prepare to do a video every second day for 12 days and you will experience a stronger og more powerful by the end of this challenge.
