If you're relatively new to yoga or want to start exploring a more dynamic and vigorous yoga practice, this is the place to start. Here, we dive into the basic concepts of flow or vinyasa yoga through a five week challenge that gradually builds up your strength, mobility and basic vinyasa technique.
Your guide is the fabulous the Nina Jarnum, who is a vinyasa expert. She has designed this series to challenge you without breaking you. But you will be challenged, so pay attention to your body and have fun.
Who can join?
This challenge is for everyone who wants to build up a strong vinyasa practice – beginners as well as the more experienced, who want to explore a more dynamic practice. No matter what level you are, make sure to listen to your body. Challenge yourself, but don't push yourself too far.
Who to use this challenge?
This challenge is a five week challenge that gradually builds up a strong vinyasa practice. The challenge consists of five different videos – one for each week.

- Week three: Find Your Rhythm
- Week four: Discover Your Movement
- Week five: Get Dynamic
You practice the same video three times in one week – i.e. sunday, tuesday and thursday – and then, the next week, you move on to the next video in the series. This allows you to dive into the techniques and really work with each practice one by one and, eventually, master a solid vinyasa practice.
