This series is designed to build up your strength, balance and flexibility and at the same time increase your body intelligence and breath awareness through creative vinyasa flows.
Dynamic Yoga Strength I and II are perfect for practitioners of all levels who wish to strengthen and deepen their yoga practice and understanding of movement. Start with Dynamic Yoga Strength I and repeat every week until you feel ready to step it up to Dynamic Yoga Strenght II (coming soon). All the sessions are great fullbody workouts, but with extra focus put on one specific muscle group such as core or shoulders.
